Our History
2007
Global Asset Solutions (GAS) was established in 2007 in Singapore and rapidly expanded with the opening of offices in Dubai and Europe. From the start, the company’s mission has been to optimise the performance and value of hospitality assets worldwide. By focusing on delivering tailored asset management solutions, GAS has grown into the largest independent hotel asset management company in the EMEA region.
2011
Shortly after its inception, We co-founded the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) in both the Asia Pacific (AP). This achievement underscored the company’s commitment to professionalizing the asset management field and building a community of expertise.
2014
In 2014 we also co-founded and Middle East & Africa (MEA) regions.
2020
Additionally, our CEO & Founder serves as the President of the International Luxury Hotel Association (ILHA) EMEA, reflecting their leadership and influence in the global luxury hospitality industry.
2024
Over the years, our team members have been involved in over 1,000 hotel projects across five continents, managing a portfolio that includes luxury properties and many iconic landmarks. Notably, their portfolio features prestigious brands such as Four Seasons, Rosewood, and Ritz-Carlton hotels.
