Some Key Highlights, Strategy & Improvements in addition to full Asset Management duties

Global Asset Solution provided an initial review and the main goal was to give ownership a clear overview of the operational efficiency/integrity, and on the risks and opportunities in the operation of each hotel. We aimed to have a correct understanding for each account (both P&L and balance sheet) with a clear and detailed review of the operational policies in the hotel. Based on this we advised and suggested ways to improve the operational result wherever possible. In the event that it was not possible to reconcile an account we clearly indicated what steps need to be taken within an agreed period in order to get these accounts ‘back on track’. This was subsequently verified through follow up visits as part of the monthly reviews. A special focus is usually made on company intercompany accounts, right allocation of revenues & expenses which had a direct impact on the management fees, inventory held by the hotel is adequately maintained and accounted for.
